We only have one for keeps kid, but I homeschool and typically have 3-4 babies and toddlers. Not quite as many as you, but I can share what works for me.
Book work travels to appointments and is done outside of naptime. This way I only have to answer questions and redirect, while I tend to the house and babies.
Naptime is extra curriculars and project time. We get to delve into new concepts as well.
I rotate taking one child with me to the grocery for some one on one time and we do as much as we always have.
I keep 2 days a week appointment free as much as possible. The other 3 can sometimes be crazy, but it's worth it.
This has been our life for the last 4 years, so it is doable long term. You just have to be willing to roll with the punches.
