Always one to push the boundaries with her electrifying performances, the Malaysian leg of Ke$ha's world tour has allegedly been banned by government officials.
Stating that the 26-year-old pop superstar's live show conflicts with their countries' religious beliefs, Ke$ha's promoter reported today (October 26) that officials canceled her application to perform at the very last moment.
The concert promoter said that Ke$ha agreed to change elements the show, particularly song lyrics and wardrobe, however, government officials reportedly refused to budge.
Ke$ha also tweeted about the situation, tying to clear the air, writing, "To be clear. I did NOT cancel. I was not allowed to play. and then I was going to play anyways and was threatened with imprisonment."
