2. You can do it yourself- While it may be helpful to have a hypnotherapist guide you as you get started, sleep hypnosis is something that you will be able to do on your own. If you are intimidated because you don?t want other people to watch over you as you sleep, there is really no need to be.

3. Sleeping hypnosis is something that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine- Training your mind and body to relax and drift off to sleep does not take a long time at all. You can go through the whole sleep hypnosis process in as little as 20 minutes. It is advised that you do so just as you are getting ready for bed.

These reasons are only a small sampling as to why you should consider sleep hypnosis. If you do it with an open mind and attitude, it has a tremendous chance of being successful, and you will be off to lala land in no time at all!
